Salut!
Acest tutorial va invata sa rezolvati problema Task Meneger , adica aceea problema in care atunci cand dati CTRL+ALT+DEL va apare "Task Meneger has been desabled by your administrator"
Pasul 1:
- download Task Manager Fix : http://www.taskmanagerfix.com/
Pasul 2:
-deschideti Task Manager Fix
Pasul 3:
-dati click pe "Fix Task Manager
Si gata, ati rezolvat problema .

sa stii ca am patit eu chestia asta de mai multe ori. si chestia asta ori nu rezolva deloc ori merge doar o data accesat taskmanager :-s.. eu dadeam format cand imi dadea asta. pana la urma am sters un folder pe care il aveam eu cu multe executabile si dupa format nu s-a mai dat disable

De cate ori vrei sa dai ctrl+alt+del trebuie sa dai click pe TASK MANAGER FIX.

Inca 2 metode care mie nu mi-au mers si am pus-o pe prima 
1.Start >>> Run >>> scrieti regedit.exe click OK
2.Navigati la HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies\ System
3.In partea dreapta stergeti valaore numita DisableTaskMgr. Inchideti Regitry Editor
1.Start >>> Run >>> scrieti gpedit.msc click OK
2.Navigati la User Configuration / Administrative Templates / System / Ctrl+Alt+Delete Options / Remove Task Manager
3.Dublu-click pe optiunea Remove Task Manager
4.Setati pe Not Configured
